(hereinafter – Data Host) and the public catering establishments (hereinafter – Data User) that you visit undertake to protect your privacy. In these “Terms and Conditions”, we will present to you the data processing practices, conditions for processing personal data, and your rights related to the collection and use of personal data.
Every time you fill out the personal registration form prepared by meniu.lt, you agree to the conditions described in these “Terms and Conditions”.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
These “Terms and Conditions” Privacy Policy is primarily based on the European Union General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (hereinafter – Regulation), as well as other applicable data protection laws, therefore the terms used therein are understood as defined in the Regulation.

The Data Host applies all technical measures to ensure that collected data about persons who have filled out the form is protected from loss, unauthorized use, and changes.

Your personal data is collected to ensure public safety – if at least one Covid-19 case is recorded in a public catering establishment or event, it would be possible to identify persons who visited the same space at the dangerous time and pass all information to the institutions of the Republic of Lithuania.

TO WHOM IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA DISCLOSED?
All personal data you provide by filling out the form is accessible to the Data User and Data Host and may be provided to the responsible institutions of the Republic of Lithuania upon request if a Covid-19 case is recorded at the Data User’s establishment. The Data User and Data Host undertake to use your data in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Regulation and only to manage Covid-19 outbreaks in public places. Data is not disclosed to any other third parties.
HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data will be kept on the Data Host’s server for no longer than 21 days. After this period, the data will be destroyed.
YOUR RIGHTS
All persons whose data is processed have the following rights:
To know about the processing of their data;
To access their personal data and how it is processed;
To demand that the Data Host and Data User restrict the processing of personal data in the presence of one of the legal reasons.
